Preceding the film screening is a meeting with director Cinzia Bomoll and actresses Angela Baraldi, Silvia and Giulia Provvedi. Followed by a musical performance by Rita Marcotulli and Angela Baraldi.

Sometimes you have to put yourself in your total opposite’s shoes in order to be the woman you want to become, and even if that dearest person you have in the world, you must fight her. If then the background of your story, ironically enough, is a village called La California, its weird people “on the border” might intertwine with your life and, in the end, rescue you.

Cinzia worked for 6 years as director for broadcasts TV, as writer and director. After 6 shortfilm, she made the features film: Rahil’s Secret (Netflix USA); Let’s dance (RAI CINEMA), and La California, her new She is a novelist too. 5 her novel were published in Italy with big succes of critics and audience.
